We will update the status from time to time here if there is any delay on the shipments. 

NOTE:

1. Full payment are needed to confirmed your order. All Pre Order placed are strictly not cancellable / refundable / exchangeable.
2. Sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed as our product is fully import and mass produced by factory outside Malaysia. If item is Out of Stock or Sold Out, full cash refund/credit refund will be given or exchange policy will be offered.

STATUS WILL BE UPDATED VIA EMAIL

 Status Meaning:

• On Going: Taking order for new batch.
• Processing: Order in process (placing order to factory, factory check item status, any replacement will be made within this status, factory packing for shipment)
• Shipment Airborne: Air transit from factory to Malaysia. Pending status. Unable to track shipment.
• Arrived Malaysia: Shipment arrived and in packing process.
• Parcel Sent: All order successfully arranged and pick up by Pos Laju, unless stated. Any refund/balance will be made within 3 days.
• ETA: Estimate Time Arrival
